I've waited a bit to leave this review, and I usually don't leave reviews to begin with, but I've been so happy with this foundation that I have to. The texture, blendability, coverage, everything, just... chef's kiss. A very little bit goes a long way (I can get away with using less than a full pump), the coverage is very buildable, and it does a really good job of covering fresh acne scars that most concealers and foundations have a hard time sticking to. I do have oily skin, and I also make sure to exfoliate and use moisturizing serums first. I think this is important because if you have dry skin, the finish / texture isn't going to be as nice because it does cling to dry skin. So I would say if your skin is on the drier side you'll probably want to use a heavier moisturizer. Always use a damp beauty blender sponge to blend out. ... show more

I always moisturize my skin before applying makeup which many women do, so I don't think that is the problem. However, I wouldn't call this a Matte foundation. There is definitely a sheen to it that doesn't disappear over time. It has good coverage and the texture feels good. I really was hoping since it is on the pricier side that it would be a blurring matte finish but it just doesn't look that way. I love this foundation I usually wear it for special occasions it is not too matte. I think it's best for combo skin. If you have dry skin first put a primer that is moisturizing wait a bit and then apply the foundation

I am a light neutral olive skin tone, I got the 2WO (warm olive) because the 2N says it's a neutral with golden undertone and I am definitely not a golden undertone so I resulted for the closest thing which is 2WO (warm olive) ... The 2WO is way too orange/ warm on me. Their shade range is just horrible and disappointing . The models they used for their shade is very deceiving, looking nothing like their actual shade. ... show more
