All in all these buggies (I purchased two) are pretty nice and mostly worth the asking price. Now there are things I really like, and things I am not a fan of: What I like: * The carrying case is really nice to have. * The front bumper is an excellent accessory. * The additional parts package is nice to have (already used one control arm and bushings). It would be nice if they included two tie-rods as I bent mine within the first day of using. * The remote feels good and is easy to use. * The buggy stays planted to the ground pretty well during use. * The weight of the buggy is nice. * The user manual includes a lot of good descriptions and procedures. What I am not a fan of: * The included Allen wrenches are made of really soft metal and round off easily. * The speed controller is mounted to a double-sided sticky piece of foam. The controller will not sit flat and stay on the foam due to the bend of the wires from the motor. * The axles have a good bit of back-and-forth movement in them at the cups. * While holding the buggy off the ground, if you motion forward or backward on the remote, the rotation of parts is very loud and not very smooth on the buggy. The user manual does not indicate if gears or shafts should be lubricated. * One buggy is faster than the other with the speed set at exactly the same. * Difficult finding a compatible 3S battery that matches the dimensions and tech specs. allowed for the buggy.

I came across this product based on the numerous reviews that are posted on Amazon. When I bought my first one, I was immediately impressed with the packaging and extra accessories Rlarrlo had provided. The box that came with the rc was top notch. After charging the battery and taking it for a test run, I was amazed how well it drove and responded. No lagginess and man is it fast!!. Dropped in a 3S battery and immediately decided I needed another one just in case. You get so much value for the price. I would say it would cost almost double the amount if carried a Arrma logo. I could tell they borrowed a few inspirations from the aforementioned. It's almost like a 1:12 version of the Arrma Typhon series. The carbon fiber was a nice touch to give it some panache. Overall I am very pleased with the rc and would highly recommend getting one if you're into RC cars. There's a ton of youtube info on the car. I'm not the only one that's raving about it. They also have other offerings like the Ak917. It's 1:10 speed demon again with high quality parts. I know Rlarrlo is a fairly new player in the RC world. but I think they'll be around for awhile if they keep innovating. Customer service is better than average considering it's an overseas brand (Hong Kong). Check out Rlarrlo site for more selection thats not yet available on Amazon. Great little car, plenty fast, quiet, handles well, overall very impressed, however on my third run, the car caught an edge and took a tumble, usually par for the course but it broke the end off the rear bulkhead where the shock attaches. My first thought, at least it came with spare parts, but why the heck did they give such a nice pile of spare parts, and only a front bulkhead but no rear??? Going to glue this thing to keep running, and order a rear bulkhead from RIarrlo, I thought carbon fiber was supposed to be stronger than plastic?? Anyway, overall love the car, just surprised that it broke on a pretty minimal tumble. Enjoy!

This thing is fast and controls very well for the 1:12 scale version. Haven’t been able to reach top speed with a 3S battery but it rips.

I don't think I've felt a poorer quality rc before for this money. The price is absurd for what you get, this should be a sub $150 car. The steering linkages are as sloppy and loose as I've ever seen on a new car. The "carbon fiber" chassis looks real but it's the crazy flexible, it twists like a cheap plastic chassis. I found several stripped plastic threads from bolts, likely from whoever is assembling them is using too high of torque setting on a power tool. On top of all the quality issues Rlaarlos customer service is nonexistent. Overall it's absolute garbage. If you want quality go with LC Racing, if you want a nice budget car look at WLToys. You've been warned.

The media could not be loaded. This rc car didn’t even last me ONE DAY for the price DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!!! I drove it on a flat street and it’s the second one I bought (i gave it a second chance) It’s expensive and a complete POS !!! It overheated with a 3s which states it can go faster?! Didn’t last for 10 min. It overheated As you can see the car is fresh out of the box. The laminated sticker is still on! Worst car ever
