First off I just want to say WOW 🤩!!!, honestly was so leery of buying a not big name retail brand name RC truck but I’m so glad I decided to. “Big name brand watch out, seriously!” I’ll go ahead and say you need only 4 AA for the remote. Took some time to fully charge the lipo battery which was expected. Turned the truck on and made a very satisfying acknowledgment beep . I pulled the trigger slightly and was surprised at the takeoff speed this thing had. Every kid in the neighborhood basically got a short turn before the battery gave out (which was maybe around an hour) didn’t time it like I should have . There are some minor issues out of the box with this truck including “one” poorly glued tire 🤷♂️ and one of the knuckles on the spindle was loose. Only needed a quick snug and was good to go. I’ve had several crazy cars including the LOSI nitro truggy and this terminator is still so much more fun because your neighbor doesn’t complain about the noise. All around the truck you can tell is made with care and quality and it’s not a cheap toy. This is a serious RC truck if you’re wanting to get into the hobby without breaking the bank. Also I’ve tried breaking this truck, and it’s insanely well built. Honestly you won’t regret it. Other manufacturers seriously need to take not from this 5star truck . ... show more

This thing rips! Even at 50% throttle I'm keeping up with 1/14 scale cars going full out. 75 is crazy and 100% is almost too much. It really wheelies with the stock battery. I put in the extended 5200mah and it is much more stable.

Compared to my 1/10 scale ARRMA VORTEKS and GRANITE, this is TINY!! Honestly, it is more like a 1/12 scale. Hope this helps

The media could not be loaded. This truck is by far the toughest truck that I’ve had and I’ve had over 25 of these trucks. The only bad thing about this truck is the battery is terrible. Takes three hours to charge it and you get 15 minutes to play. Also this should not be considered a 110 scale because it is a little smaller than a 110 scale. ... show more

Better then expected definitely hobby grade not cheaply made !! Decided to upgrade the wheels with 17 Hex adapters for the 1/8scale wheels and a 5200 3s lipo definitely recommend doing this upgrade. It will haul ass !! Won't flip as much !

The media could not be loaded. This RC truck on 3S rips! The wheelie bar needs to be installed or you will put this truck on its lid when accelerating. The wheelie bar has three positions for the wheels can be adjusted to. Pros: Fast 3S offroad truck that’s well equipped right out the box Cons: Assembly of minor things, like wiring and positioning could be better for a RTR and correcting these will provide quality play time and minimal repairs. I suggest going over the assembly, as the ESC on mine was crooked and when repositioned straight, the wire from the Rx to ESC was starting to pull out, so the Rx box was opened to reposition wires. This is also where I found the steering servo wire was being pinched and had to be repositioned also to correct this assembly error. The power switch and ESC are held in place with cheaper paper backed double-side tape, so you want to install/use good gel or hobby grade double-side tape and remount these parts before bashing hard. The front light also was dim new out of the box and then quit working. After removal and disassembly, the lights are on a ridged PCB board and on the rear is a SMD resistor and it had a minimal/poor solder joint. Just a dab of resoldering of this resistor will restore it operation. With those bugs out of the way, driving this truck at full power is extremely fast and the steering on grippy surfaces will traction roll this truck easily, so you may want to dial back steering dual rate and throttle limit on the remote. The oil filled diffs on this truck provide good grip & dampening action and the center oil diff provides enough viscous coupling to wheeling with easy and will also sling shot this truck mid acceleration if you back off and getting back on full throttle, so make sure you have ample room to drive this truck, as it gets up goes quickly. It also brakes just as hard as it punches on acceleration. The steering servo is powerful, and no lack of steering torque is noticed while standing still and turning wheel or while driving. The stock 3S battery works well and nicely balances this truck. Kit comes with a USB charger adapter to charge this LiPo battery, and takes some time, so you may want to get a dedicated battery charger for faster charging rates. Shocks move smoothly and absorb jumps well but haven’t seen the actual CST or WT used in them. Same for the oil diffs. Overall, great/fast truck on 3S for money and provide lots of RC fun, after going through its assembly and doing a QC check of the truck. ... show more
