This set was delivered in 4 boxes over a 3 day time period so be patient. The assembly was easy to follow. Really the only complaint that we have is that the allen wrench supplied with each box stripped at least half way through the assembly of each item - so have some extra on hand! Also the cusion padding is designed to go into the covers a certain way - this was only mentioned in the directions for the sofa, and not the chairs. We got it figured out and wasn't a big deal, just might save someone else a few minutes trying to figure out why they were lumpy :) The set seems to be very stury even though they are light weight! This is sleek, looks good, feels sturdy, and I think the aluminum will last a long time. We also love the custom covers. Unfortunately, I find the cushions to be too firm and uncomfortable, and the material is so rough and scratchy it’s very uncomfortable in hot humid weather. We bought this for our pool deck and I was hoping to relax and lounge on it but the cushions are so uncomfortable to sit on. Also, I tried to contact the company through the email provided on the instructions about some screws that seem too long and the email bounced back. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. There is some assembly required with these chairs but everything comes packaged well and they can be put together in about 30 minutes time. My wife and I think these chairs look great and the nice thickness of the cushions makes them very comfortable. They are large and wide but light weight because they are aluminum. There is weather proof material on the cushions which can be washed easily, plus there are weather covers for each chair for added protection. Overall, we really enjoy these chairs and believe they will last us a long time! ... show more

Really like the set for the price. I'm a 63yr old women and had no problem putting it together, except for the fact that it was missing bolts needed to hold the chairs together. A trip to the harware store solved the problem. I didn't want to wait for the company to ship them, which I'm sure they would have. I deffinetly had extra 20mm bolt, almost the exact number of the ones I needed in the other sizes. lol All in all not bad for the price, but expect minor issues like this and plan for it.. But it looks nice and is sturdy. I'm happy. 1st picture for each bracket you need a 78MM bolt. 6 for each chair = 12 6 for the couch = 6 4 for the table = 4 total needed (26) received = 11 2nd picture 38 mm bolt 8 for the couch = 8 4 for each cair = 8 total needed (16) received = 10 ... show more
