The only reason why I gave this bassinet a 4 star rating because the zipper kept detaching from the bassinet…I called amazon to see if I can get a replacement for my next baby that’s coming soon but they were not able to help me because it was already pass the replacement time frame, so they gave me the contact for the company and they actually replaced the whole bassinet even after the warranty and I was amazed and overly satisfied with the new bassinet, I just hope the zipper doesn’t become an issue again, it may probably was just that particular bassinet I received… ... show more
