Love these! They took the place of my can lights that were letting bugs in from the attic when the temperatures would get extreme. Now they can’t get in my house through the attic! I had a handy man install them because I added a dimmer switch, but he said they were easy to install. The brightest setting is really bright! Before we added the dimmer, we had the setting on the softer setting but I guess the setting you choose depends on the location they are installed and your preference. I have been buying these lights for so long. I think I started buying them back in 2022 and haven't stopped since. I recommend it a lot to friends and family so I just always get these for them. The adjustable lighting is pretty easy to set up. You do have to set it before you install it but, it is not too bad to take it out of its can when you need to change it.     • Out with the old, in with the new! No tools required

Holy macaroni and cheese! Do you have those gawd-awful recessed can lights like I do? well, if you're not interested in doing a bunch of sheetrock work, you could always try these. I am SO excited to have found them. Super easy to change out. Take out the existing can/sleeve/bulb, screw in the bulb adapter, plug the light to the adapter, pull the spring arms back, and pop it in. Done! No more creepy black holes in my ceiling. I also love that there are 5 light settings you can choose from (cool to warm)...just remember to choose that setting before you pop the light in. I have all of mine set at 3700, (second to lowest) and they're absolutely perfect. I also have these in two rooms on three different switches. Dimming is beautiful. and on/off is just bright. Since I just put them up, I can't really attest to their lifespan so I'll update that later. As for covering existing canister holes, I measured before purchasing so they fit perfectly as well as fit to the ceiling. Changed to these due to existing lights being 4000K or higher and very harsh on eyes and mental state. These were changed out in less than a minute each and we are very pleased with the 2700K setting for the warmth/softness of the light. Did not experience the breakage others have, but can see that if one is not accustomed to working with hands much, it could be an issue. Really like all the options on light lumens. Bought these specifically because there were very few negative reviews. However I have had issues with a couple of them randomly flickering at times. They did fit perfectly and were super simple to install. They were very affordable and have good color. They just hook right in like changing a light bulb and they do function but I bought 12 and 2 of them flicker. So overall good for the money but not sure about durability.
