I had a different manufacturer's tempered glass screen protector on my Pixel 9. The fit was fine and tapping/swiping worked without issues. However, the fingerprint reader was impressively inconsistent and only worked about 20% of the time (at best). It was a frustrating experience so I needed to try something different. The amFilm was very easy to install (the plastic guide really helps) and they include everything you will need for each of the three protectors.     • Easy install and fits well with case
The frame it came with made it really easy to apply. No bubbles or imperfections on the glass and it fits really well with my case. Only downside it that it doesn't line up perfectly with the selfie camera. This doesn't affect the camera quality but the cutout is slightly too high

The installation was very easy and the protector seems to have a good coating on it. Lines up nicely with my case as well so no issues there. It does still work with the fingerprint sensor, but it slows it down a little bit and requires a harder press for it to read your finger quickly.

This company has great customer service and a superior product. I ordered two two different brands of tempered glass from the Chinese e-commerce sites for my new pixel 9 Pro and none of them supported the fingerprint unlock. I was considering spigen or one of the expensive tempered glasses, but I read on Reddit that this is a budget friendly product that supports the fingerprint unlock and protext the screen. It was very easy to install and had no bubbles. I messed two of those up cuz it was my first time installing tempered glasses and usually my brother does it for me. And I got a free replacement from the company so now I have more than enough to last me a couple of years while I use this phone. I would highly recommend the product and the company ... show more

    • Slightly too small for Pixel 9 Pro
Not recommended for Pixel 9 Pro. 1) It's about 1mm too small so you get a prism effect around edges of screen. 2) It's too thick so it interferes with the fingerprint sensor on the Pixel 9 - you will have to re-train your fingerprints and even then it doesn't work every time like it would with the naked screen. 3) The "guide" is garbage. A better method is to line the screen protector up with it's backing still attached and secure it at the top with painter's tape like a hinge. Then flip it up (leaving the tape hinge still attached) and remove the backing plastic. Then carefully lower it on the hinge. Finally remove the painter's tape. Throw away the useless "guide". 4) There is no protector for the Pixel 9's camera (minus two stars). ... show more

The glass feels pretty nice and was easy to install, and fits well even with a phone case. However it seems rather fragile— it's developed a lot of tiny scratches just from being kept in my pocket with nothing else, and also at some point a crack developed along the length of it with no discernible impact to it. My only guess is that it cracked from a change in temperature or something, which is somewhat concerning. Still it did protect my phone from a drop later on, and there are multiple protectors included so I can replace the cracked one. ... show more

    • At last, the FINGERPRINT SENSOR WORKS with this!!
I purchased a new Google Pixel 9 Pro when it came out and I ALWAYS put a screen protector on my smartphones, since it goes with me wherever I go. No matter how highly Gorilla Glass and all of its improvements are touted, it's NOT 100% immune from scratches or damage when the phones are carried with you most everywhere. Something is BOUND to happen. I heard how the Pixel 9's have had their fingerprint sensor upgraded and improved and was anxious to try it. Without a screen protector it works very well BUT when I put my first one on, not so much. Even some of the "Google Approved" brands listed with the phone didn't work. I tried half of them and the other half were way too expensive. The fingerprint method of getting into the phone was very hit and miss with all of the ones I put on. I probably went through 100 dollars trying to find the right one. This is where amFilm came in. I've always bought amFilm screen protectors for my iPhones and the one I have on my iPhone Pro 14 has been on it for well over a year and still looks great. With not being able to find a protector that works for my Pixel from the recommended list, I took a chance and ordered the amFilm Pixel 9 Pro screen protector. I am DELIGHTED to report that after applying it and then erasing and re-entering my fingerprint, amFilm delivers about a 9 out of 10 successful fingerprint entry into the phone. Make sure you erase then re-enter your fingerprint(s) after applying the screen protector and also activate the "screen protector sensitivity" switch in your Pixel settings. I'm reading so many new Pixel 9 owners are frustrated with their screen protectors interfering with the fingerprint sensitivity but trust me on this, amFilm's Pixel 9/Pro screen protector WORKS!!!
