The seller was communicative and helpful when Fedex fumbled delivery, my dog loves the addition to our new apartment and I cannot wait for the cushions to fully expand. While the delivery was poor it was well packaged, and the fabric is soft.

This couch is the perfect height for me, I'm 5'9" and when I'm back all the way my feet don't even touch the ground, which personally I love! The cushions are firm yet super comfy which I didn't know was possible. It's very deep, I can sit with my legs curled up sideways and still have plenty of space. The arm height is perfect for resting your elbows. It's soft!!! So soft! Depending on the lighting it can definitely have some slight gray undertones which I was trying to avoid, but otherwise this couch is totally perfect! I don't have that weird plastic crunch noise when sitting down like some other people had mentioned. Oh, and shipping was crazy fast! I had my order in two days. I bought two of same couches, the first one had odor. I can’t explain, but read something some online about some couches having certain smell when first purchased it. You give sometime for the factory smell to go. The 2nd purchase I did have that issue, but over all it’s great sturdy couch

Unfortunately this sofa is very flimsy when it comes to the threads that hold the screws on the two metal legs on the bottom in the back. After 6 weeks of minimal use they have broken. The two metal support legs that hold up the body of the sofa came loose after the threads failed, and unless you know a welder they cannot be replaced. I have had to hire someone to repair the sofa. These two legs are all that offers support for the middle of the sofa. The fabric is nice, but if you have to hire someone to redrill and rethread the holes to additional support brackets it is not a good value. ... show more

Update. The other half of the couch finally came after two days later of receiving the first package and me going out of my way contacting customer service. If it wasn’t for that, I don’t think I would’ve gotten the second part, now that I have it here, let me just say that it’s super uncomfortable and it’s definitely not worth the price. ... show more
