Overall, it looks great. Honestly close to being 5/5 stars. There was a hiccup when putting it together because wood frames G and H where the exact same and needed to be opposite. I initially thought it was a mistake on my part so I spent 15 minutes taking those parts apart and trying to fix it only to realize it wasn't me. There I go putting it back together the original way. Now where there should be holes in the back for the K frames I have 1 side in the front. So there are holes in the front view. Due to the divet at top to pass the LED cord I couldn't switch it up. Holes are obvious but there's no way I'm taking it apart now to resend 😂 took about 3 hours by myself. The fireplace looks really cool! ... show more

I love this tv stand. It was easy to put together although I did need a 2nd pair of hands to put the top on. It's very sturdy. I have my 65in Samsung on it. And I have two cats and two dogs flying around here on a constant basis, and I dont feel like it's going anywhere. One of the shelf lights broke while I was putting it together but I called the company and I had a replacement part in just a few days. It's an excellent company to deal with. I didnt have to wait on hold for hours, I just waited a few minutes and the man I spoke with was very nice and accommodating. The only thing I could complain about is that my stereo system doesnt fit. I have to have the subwoofer and receiver on the shelves(with one shelf taken out completely) and I had to put the speakers on top. But my stereo isnt a small or shelf unit so maybe something smaller would be better. All in all a great product. The lights work great but be careful when installing the shelf lights because they can break very easy. And the fireplace is beautiful. It does change colors incase anyone is confused by the reviews. You can change both the fireplace and the shelf lights and you have a few colors to choose from or there's a setting where the color changes on its own. It was a great purchase! P.S. The cats really enjoy watching the fireplace! Update: The fireplace started ticking a bit, so I called the company and they sent me a whole new fireplace to replace the old. So I guess I'm not understanding some of the reviews, with people that had similar experiences, why they didn't call the company. I mean they're a great company to do business with, they give you theyre customer service number, seems like that would be easier then complaining and giving it bad reviews. But who knows I guess. Another update, I have had this stand for almost 2 years now and is still going strong. My previous comment about the ticking noise with the fireplace ended up fixing itself. Needed a bit of grease. So even though they sent me a new one I'm still using the old. Again i feel like it was a great investment and is perfect for my 65in tv. ... show more

Start off by saying when assembled it’s a very nice piece. The issues I have is when you pay so much for an item you are expecting it to be in excellent condition. You purchase an item and of course you’d like for there to be nothing wrong with it because once you unbox it, it’s to much that goes into it to re-box it and send it back especially when you order it online. My item came in with a lot of scratches and chipped and cracked pieces but I was fortunate enough to have them mostly towards the back to where you can’t notice the flaws unless I show you, but it’s one of them things where I know they are there so it bothers me that again you pay all this money for something and you have proof it’s damaged but can’t even get a little bit of a refund (not even the whole refund) but just something for what you actually received….. other than those issues I will say that once put together it is very very nice piece so far for ambiance and haven’t had to use the heater yet. I just haven’t had it long enough to see if some of the other issues people have had will occur or not with the LED lights and other things. ... show more

Love this but after having it less than a year the heater does not throw heat very far anymore which is too bad because that heater is why I got this. The heater also came unsecured in one side, you can't really tell much it occasionally pushes in though. It's sturdy and fairly easy to put together. This unit takes one person about two hours to put together once everything is out of the box and accounted for. One piece of advice. Don’t wait until you install the fire place unit in the cabinet to put the fire crystals in. Put them in the fireplace unit before you install it into the cabinet. I found out the hard way and had to crawl underneath to remove the front glass mounting screws. All & All it looks great. Waiting to try the heat on a chilly day. ... show more
