  • Called in a coyote on the first time I used it
It has a bunch of sounds to choose from and I see cotton trail rabbits on my property so I ran a distress cotton tail sound (75) and called in a coyote, maybe it was a fox. Hard to tell in the thermals.

  • Price, easy to set up and use. There is no light on the speaker yo scare of critters at night.
I read a lot of reviews on this game call. A few said it was a pain to download new sound. Its took me a few minutes to figure out and I now can get it done in a matter of seconds. The speaker it self is plain which is nice. The last caller I had had a screen on it that turn on tell you what was playing. The problem with that is I can't seen the screen when the speaker is deployed down range so why have it. And it doesn't shut off until I shut it off. Is the sound the greatest? No but it is pretty good for a caller in this price range. The remote is bad a$$. After re number all the sounds in a order that I liked it works perfectly. Which I would say way easy to accomplish. It has 2 favorites that hold 4 each is cool to. Over all the call is cool and does the job. I would buy it again. ... show more

  • 50/50
Bought it a while back. Cannot hold 200 calls. I’m sure you could get a bigger SD card for them but I have just used the one provided. Does not have a lanyard attached so carrying it in the field is terrible. You’ll have to use a pack and that’s fine but not if you want to move light and quick. Had to attach a rope, which doesn’t really help. Sound quality is ok at best. And the provided sounds are not that great. I’ve had it for maybe six seasons and hasn’t brought in a single predator, brought in a couple owls when I was night hunting…. One even tried to pick it up, but not a single coyote or fox. Even hunting in predator rich environments and compensating for the wind. Maybe the coyotes are smart where I’m from but they can tell the sounds off. ... show more

  • Digital Clarity with Diverse Calls, Strong Volume & Easy Remote Operation
Good electronic call... nice and adjustable loudness with 25 individual calls. The remote worked from about 100 yards - with the speaker hidden behind my shooting berm. When my wife was walking the dog at dusk, I hit her with the Wood Pecker Distress call to get her attention, then went to the Coyote Pup Distress to lure her in close - then upped the volume an hit her with the high pitched Female Coyote howl. She about had a hart attack, started yelling for me to come quick - so it's plenty realistic. Afterwards he said her hart was racing cause it scared the sheite out of her :-) The remote also activates / deactivates the Predator Decoy (sold separately) and the remote screen has a faint light to help see / scroll thru the list of calls at night... but the text is to small and the light to dim for my eyes - without reading glasses. They say additional calls /files can be added but so far I have not been able to figure out how... may have to use a separate SD card, or it may only read MP3 files (I'm not sure). Anyhow, I like the call just fine and plan to use it for coon, bob cat and coyote. ... show more

  • It actually works! Remote control is poor quality.
Sound quality is quite good. Even my dog is fooled. My only complaint is the light on the remote. I’ve had to push the button several times before it would come on. On a positive note, it’s quite easy to add more sounds. As I mentioned. The remote has a mind of its own. There have been times when I would push the light button and the darn thing would start to make another call. ... show more

  • Not perfect but works well-recomended
I like the call very much, however I wish the volume was louder. Also the tail on the remote distraction (Mojo Outdoors Critter Decoy) is great, but it should be brighter or more white. But an absolute must have add on. Best luck I have ever had calling!!! I like the fact that other calls can be downloaded. You still need a flashlight to make adjustments at night or low light. I had used other calls out of my blind previously with disappointing results. Ist time I used this had a beautiful male bobcat come in and give us quite a show. He was mystified and frustrated with the motion tail. He was confused because I put the speaker on a fence post so the sound was not originating from the motion. The bobcat came back 2-3 times! 2nd time I called up a coyote. I would recommend it. Not perfect but works well. Really liked the price too! Well worth the money. This remote call and the Mojo Outdoors Critter Decoy are a deadly combination. ... show more

  • Pass
The remote doesn’t have an auto-off feature and the on/off switch trips very easily. Be prepared to find out in the field that the battery in the remote is dead and you have no functional call. Also, battery backing has a screw to access, which is not handy. Screen display is frustrating as others have said, the way it scrolls means you will probably pass by half of the calls you’re looking for without seeing them. There is also a police siren call placed right in the middle of the coyote calls, so be prepared to accidentally select that a time or two and blow your hunt. This thing is poorly built for the price, I would return it if I could. ... show more
