Yes, it does and I really needed one with more wattage. I can't run the my 3 compartment burner and fryer at the same time. I have to use one or the other and this could cause serious health violation and I have to tried and buy something bigger, asap and it was $450.00, on this item, and I really could use to purchase another one. Make sure you put the cap on or off. Depending when using it. I learned the hard way. Make sure to brake in for an hour then change oil. Great generator for my detailing business. Gasoline efficient. Helpful when needed. Easy start quiet under 2000 watts or on eco mode.
