Woodpeckers were pecking holes in the sofetts of my eaves--the only wood on my stucco house! This roll of pliable tin solved the problem! Of course it was on the highest end of the house and the worst part was the tall ladder! In case he fell off the ladder, Dan tied a rope around his waist and anchored it to the chimney on the roof. He used a battery-operated screw driver to secure the tin which he had pre-cut into 6-8 ft. strips (used about 28-35 ft, so have some tin left over). Woodpeckers have come and stared at it, then gone to nearby tree to peck--music to my ears!! ... show more

This item came up when i did an amazon search for white, painted flashing. Even though the item looks white in this photo, it is plain old tin-color.
