I’ve been eyeing this product for a long time, (about a year or so) as I’ve seen this on a few websites that were similar until I stumbled across this one, still waited over a year to pull the trigger. It definitely improves the look from my old foggy and run down headlights, wish I could find a close up on my old ones, as this is a really choice decision to make. I’ve replaced my OE headlights before and one thing to note is that while installing or uninstalling, is the bottom nut that you have to deal with. I do not have enough mobility in my hands to reinstall it so find somebody with small hands. Note that the nut is a 10mm, (if I remember correctly, pretty standard on Toyotas but please correct me if I’m wrong) a 1/4 ratchet and short socket will do just fine taking it off. As for the connection for the halos, they do provide the splices for easy connection. Make sure you have pliers or a multi-tool handy. For good safe practice, I’ve disconnected my negative terminal on my battery, not sure if it would’ve made a difference but I don’t like being shocked lol. Please note that you are able to do this PRIOR to connection, you can check if the halos are in working order to your battery, just a quick on the spot check, only need to do it long enough to see it light up and then you’re good to go. I’ve connected it to my DRL, which will be a white with black stripe and a green wire. Splice the black wire to the white/black and red to green. Make sure your headlights are secured and then you’re good to go! Pretty easy installation, wish I’ve done a video and maybe when I have the time I could do one. I had to pay to have it professionally installed, which cost me about an extra $350 bucks and on the first day it was sitting in the sun and got condensation on one of the fixtures. Fortunately by later that day the condensation had evaporated out and has not come back yet. That was about 2 weeks ago. They look great! ... show more

I'm a couple months in with these and they're good to go so far. I've noticed a few mornings where they were a bit foggy, but that seems to go away pretty quickly. Before I installed them I went over the seams of them with silicone to make sure they were sealed well since budget headlights seem to have issues with leak and they've been through a lot of weather with zero issues. It's easy to splice in the halos, just have to know which wires to match up. I found a video on YouTube to follow. I'm very happy with these. No regrets at all. ... show more
