I had originally bought one that didnt have all the parts to it. After contacting customer support, they sent me a new one free of charge and it had all the parts to assemble it this time. I was so pleased with how quickly they responded and for their help. After assembling the product that took about 10 minutes total, I was surprised that the three platforms are different heights. The middle is shorter than the other two and just rest on the one in the middle. In order to have balance, you'll need to put something between so that it becomes sturdy. Other than that, the product is great, all the space is nice and I love the holders for my phone.

These were a little too big for the space they were meant for (my friend's desk is narrower than she said it was), so I had to return them, but they were absolutely wonderful otherwise. They're lightweight, easy to assemble, and they are just the right height.

The media could not be loaded. 4 stars because the company was to lazy to drill a hole at the end plates from keeping a toddler from pushing it apart. It's not even difficult. They could have drilled a small hole in both board's and placed a small dolly pin. If you purchase this and expect it to be in high traffic, guess again. The board's cal slide apart and have your monitors fall on the floor. Make sure you drill a hole and place a dolly pin or even a pen to hold them in place. The only assembly points are for the middle board's, while the side board's and be shoved apart, because there is nothing holding all 3 board's together. In the end, I drilled a hole and placed a metal pin to hold them. 1.) Number one questionable thing I noticed was people asking if it fits 32" monitors. The answer is.... yes. It does hold the monitors but expect the stands to be hanging off the board's. (I have placed pictures). 2.) 32" monitors fit. Although 27" would be absolutely perfect fitment for this product. 3.) Reviewers stated tmit scratches easily. This is false. These are people that lack commen sense and drag there monitor stands across the board for adjustment. Just literally lift up the monitor and place them where they need to be and you won't scratch it. 4.) It works as intended. I would purchase again. BUT...... read number 5. 5.) There is another product like this (won't let me link it) that actually has predrilled holes for the end plates. I HIGHLY recommend getting those if you do not want to do your own drilling. The other product is 2" smaller in width (41") but it does come with predrilled holes so the monitors can't fall off if a kid bumps it. Find them.
