I would say I'm hot natured. I just can't get comfortable if I'm the least bit hot. That said, I'm quick to feel chilly if I'm sleeping under the fan or a/c. So i struggle to get a good night's sleep when the weather gets warmer even in my air conditioned room! I knew when I first felt this blanket and the silky material that I might have found the answer. And I was right! I don't understand how but if I'm cool, I pull this blanket to my hip level and I'm good. A little more chilly, pull up higher. Warm enough, leave it where it is. Too warm move it down a bit. Even the extra material on my lower legs doesn't overheat. Anywhere I put this thing seems like it's perfect! It's the best warm weather blanket I've ever used and I have a closet full! Cotton, thin, double layer gauze, waffle knit, thermal, you name it, I've bought it in my search for comfort sleeping temperature! The only things that's close but definitely not better is bamboo but it costs twice as much! I love this thing and can't wait to see how it does in winter because I like for my room to be about 60°F and sleep under 2 or 3 or more thin blankets so I can adjust. And it was on sale too? I can’t say enough good things about this cooling comforter. As someone going through menopause, getting a good night’s sleep had become almost impossible because I would wake up overheated throughout the night. Since using this blanket, it has honestly been a lifesaver. The dual-sided cooling design really works. It feels cool to the touch and helps regulate my body temperature so I’m not constantly kicking the covers off. It’s lightweight but still cozy enough to feel comfortable without trapping heat. I got this because my husband is an extremely hot sleeper. And by hot I mean wakes up sweating with our all season duvet. I was worried it would still be too hot at night for him but this “comforter” is perfect! It is soft and breathable, the cooling effect is amazing! We even tested it with our all season duvet over it and because of the cooling effect my husband did not break a sweat! It is a great size for our king bed and the color is as shown in the image. It washed well and we put it in the dryer on delicate and low heat and it was perfect. The reason I say “comforter” is because it is very thin. I would consider it more of a heavy blanket than comforter. Nonetheless, it’s AMAZING! I will say the one thing, I wish m the labeled was which side was the cooling side. It took me a while and some searching to figure out what side is what. Incase you are confused like me, the “solid” color side is the cooling and the textured side is the “warmer” one. Mostly good blanket, It is super comfortable and soft and it is cool in the beginning of the night, but if you tend to run hot while sleeping these might not be for you. They end up trapping the temperature and keeping it at that level of warmth. The quality of the blanket is good.

I just received this blanket this morning and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I opened the Amazon packaging. It was in a nice thick box and when I opened it it had a " thank you for purchasing" letter on top. The blanket itself is shrink wrapped and it's tied with a bow. It doesn't smell when you open it which was great. I have already washed and dried it and it held up amazingly well. It's really soft and even though it's a cooling blanket it has some weight to it, which is nice. I can't wait to use it tonight. ... show more
