A section of the material arrived with a dirt stain on the edges (maybe from storage?) but thankfully most came out in the wash and the dirty part was the very edge which was sewn inside and not visible.

Decent fabric. Unsure about how water-resistant it is. Looks like regular fabric to me. Two disappointments - there was a snag down in the middle of the fabric which basically left me unable to use half of the 4 yards I ordered.
