I disagree with the shower curtain comparison of others. The fabric does have a very smoothe and shiny finish up close, but not noticible when hung. I think they are fine for many applications. In my case I have a huge storage area over my bedroom closet with no doors, which needed to be covered. I think they are fine for this scenario. Saved me the trouble of having to make short curtains or buy something more expensive that would need to be altered. I was initially concerned when they arrived in a tiny boxes. I ordered 2 pair. 1 pair per box, and one box was in an envelope but the other was not. I was sure I'd have a wrinkled mess, but as you can see they were ready to hang right out of the box. They were very precisely folded. I'm sure there is no way I'd get them back in the box, so something to consider if you're on the fence and may want to return. Up close the background was a nice white, but once I hung it had more of a grey look as there is no light behind them. While you can't see the bins behind the curtains, I would have preferred them to be more opaque. Despite a few quirks, I really like them, and the color goes well with my mostly white room accented with greens and blues. Well worth the cost for my application. One last FYI, I hung on a 1 inch tension rod. The top section for the curtain rod was very generous, however they are also tightly woven and would work well with clips. ... show more

This is a really cute valance, but I returned it because I didn’t like the shiny look of the fabric. Totally my fault for not reading the fabric content. It’s good quality and If I didn’t mind the sheen I definitely would have kept it, it just didn’t fit in with my decor.

My picture is terrible but the colors are so vibrant and the picture is beautiful. The material is not cloth/linen but it isn't plastic like a shower curtain either. Because I have it at my sink, the material is great in case of splashing. The material is thick enough to provide complete privacy and block out the harsh sun but due to its white color it helps lighten up the room. While I love it and would absolutely buy it again, it is important to note that it is not the best quality. The bottom of the curtain is not level on the lower panels. They pull up slightly at the outside corners. I am not really fussed by this but I know some people would be. Nice looking curtain but seam has a red yellow blue scan code or something that stands out especially in the light. Would return but afraid I’ll get another one just like it and I’ll have no curtain for days.
