Before buying this smart watch I read some negative reviews which I don't believe are justified. One has to learn how to use this watch and the software on the mobile device. I found that what some referred to as big problems, such as heart rate measurement, really had to do with proper set up. I have had this watch for four months now and it is a really good smart watch. I had a physical the other day and the heart and blood pressure measurements on the watch matched what the doctors office reported. I like everything about this watch, especially the health monitoring, the watch face options, and the sports management options. I am an outdoor walker/hiker and the system tracks distance for me in conjunction with my smart phone. The watch does a great job tracking steps. I have owned two Garmin watches. My favorite was the Instinct because it gave me some health measurements and outoor activity tracking, and it was rugged. It was also much more expensive. This watch gives me more health measurements and hiking and walking distances (has to work with mobile phone for this feature) and I feel it is just as rugged. So far, it has proven to be very rugged for the construction work I do. It is a good looking watch and it is comfortable. I wear it all the time except when I need to charge it. I need to charge the watch every 16 days. It charges rather quickly, about 1 hour. I never let the batter fully drain. I love this watch and I highly recommend it if you want a nice looking, classy, smart watch that performs well and is reasonably priced. ... show more

Ok, full disclosure, I did return this item but not because there was anything wrong with it. It’s actually an amazing value. Big, bright display, display message notifications, answers and makes calls and the battery life is stellar. If you want health tracking and workout & fitness measurements look no further. I’m used to having a high end smart watch and found myself missing some apps that I do use on a daily basis and that’s the only reason for the return. Before purchasing I read that you can add apps which is true but a very limited number and again, mostly geared towards fitness. Outstanding product though. ... show more

Watch feels great on the wrist, there are no sharp edges, I did utilize a metal replacement band instead of the provided rubber. The battery life is shorter than I hoped/expected, but still better than an Apple Watch. I’m getting about 4 days on a full charge. I do have it set for text and call notifications but I am not using to have phone conversations, I have tried it once and call quality/ audio was clear in an office setting. I could not get the call volume to adjust which is why I ended the call, probably user error. The screen is very nice, colors are bright and vibrant, and have no issue seeing it in bright sunlight and 60-70% brightness. Overall I am satisfied but my three minor gripes would be: - battery performance could be better ( was getting almost 2 weeks from my Amazfit watch) - no screen lock so wearing it in the shower doesn’t work well. ( feature could exist but I haven’t found it yet, the screen passcode seems to be useless.) - limited watch faces in the market place My biggest issue is the app / pairing capability. My previous Amazfit would allow me to have my work phone and personal phone setup ( not paired at the same time) but I could unpair it from my work phone and pair it to my personal without issue. This watch FORCES you to reset the watch to factory settings to pair it to a different phone. Which is a not a feasible option. I’m not looking to pair two phones at one time ( would be awesome though) just be able to switch phones without factory reset. ... show more

I’m giving this watch 5 stars as it far exceeded my expectations, it’s a real quality product from feel to appearance and functions beautifully. The ONLY thing I’ll say, and I’m not trying to be negative but to make this the perfect product there are just 2 things that I’m hoping the developers will read here, and they are: 1. Have the weather sync every hour or so, as it doesn’t show the current weather unless it’s manually synced. 2. Have a constant notification icon or alike display on the screen when there’s an unread notification, otherwise one has to keep checking if the sound or vibration is not heard. Al in all its a fantastic watch and absolutely love it!!!…the quality is impressive. ... show more
