It is perfect for doing exercises. In fact I am may more motivated to do my physical therapy exercises using this table rather than on the floor. We find the massage table to be sturdy and comfortable. For the price, I think it is well worth it. Clearly this is not a "professional" portable table, but I don't think is intended to be. For occasional use such as ours, we are very satisfied.

id say its a bit low on height but then again it might be a good thing for people that find it hard to get on one. But when the masseuse (me) massages, its hard on the back. I'm not use to it either so maybe that's another thing. Others may be fine with height. I got it to help a family member. Its very useful and is fairly sturdy. Holding up pretty well and though i wish the price was a bit cheaper as its not a super high quality table.. i do understand it. Its a large item so it has to be a bit costly. The padding is decent and fair too. Id say im pleased. My family member says its pretty comfortable too, especially lying back on it as a bed. Go ahead and purchase, in my opinion. I believe mine is ok for now and i did read reviews prior, but i suspect they just got bad shipments or inventory of beds. Mine was fine so not to worry. ... show more

Took less than 20 minutes to set it up. Good simple instructions. Extremely stable, good adjustable head/face rest. Folds up easily. Longer bed for taller people. Sheets sold on Amazon good fit. A lot of fun table.
