Definitely a solid pick for the price. Honestly, the hardshell feels really durable it looks like it can take a beating from the baggage handlers, and I appreciate that the surface is scratch-resistant. The interior is basic but totally functional with the pockets and hold-down straps, which is all you really need. The quality and features are very good. I love the color too. It does and has everything you come to expect on swivel roller luggage these days. There only one thing that really bothers me. The side carry handle is on the wrong side!! Look at the marketing image and see how the floor nubs face you. The reason this is a problem is that when you inevitable pick the case up and set it down on your bed to pack/unpack--every time you set it down the wrong way!! It's hard to explain/visualize, but if you're right handled (like 80+% of the world) and set the amazon logo up when holding the side handle, then you set it down the wrong way, because when you unzip it, the case will open towards you and off the bed. You have to set it with the logo upside down! INSANANITY. If your a minority lefty, then you're fine probably. I really debated taking a star or two away for this incompetence, but honestly, this does not affect the quality or performance and the case is really good value otherwise. ... show more

Bought this as an extra carry-on, and it’s perfect! I had no issues using it on several different flights and different airlines, (even one of the picky ones) fits easily in the overhead bin and holds a surprising amount of stuff. The light blue color is beautiful and easy to spot, and the wheels spin smoothly with no tripping or dragging. It’s lightweight, durable, and expands just enough for extra packing space. Note that I purchased the "used but very good condition" suitcase. The item itself is durable and no issues with it. My trying to save $ is at the bottom of the issue. Upon opening the box the wheels, wheel backers and screws were missing (usually they're in plastic bags if they aren't pre-attached) As I lifted it from the box, screws began falling and rolling away. Inside the suitcase I found more screws. I unzipped one side of the liner and found some wheels, some of the backplate where the screws attach the inside to the wheels and small pieces of broken plastic. I unzipped the other side and there were more. The backplates were in rough condition with cracks and random pieces of thin black tape. I tried to assemble it (no instructions found) but the screws wouldn't go in. I ended up using gorilla construction glue and super strong duck tape to secure the wheels. Still need to test it out because I use a mobility scooter and need it to roll! ... show more
