I had a Logitech MX gen 1 that I absolutely loved. It finally died after 5 years of heavy use working from home. The newest gen 3 of the Logitech MX completely changes the grip (palm instead of claw) and was ridiculously uncomfortable to the point where my hand was cramping. I tried (literally) 8 different mouses in an attempt to replace it, ranging from this cheap one up to over $100. This was by far the closest in feel to the one I gave up. Extremely comfortable for large hands if you like to rest your entire hand on the mouse. That said, it feels cheap compared to my prior $100 mouse. It is very light weight (I prefer heavier myself). Battery life is not great and it's not rechargeable. The mouse will skip every now and then - I believe the connectivity isn't great. Very comfortable and works well for the office. My only wish is that they had one for the left hand. Even though I am right handed the use of programs like Excel and other entry base software had me using the .I use with my left hand to increase efficiency.

    • Has been working great for over 3 years
I bought this for work about 3 years ago because I don't care for the corded Dell mice my company provides, and the Logitech Performance MX I was using started to randomly double-click. I use a G602 at home for everyday use and it's been awesome for about 8 years, but I didn't want to spring for the new MX or G to bring into work. This mouse is dang near identical to the Performance MX in size and shape. It doesn't have the weight or the premium feel of the Logitech. However, the battery life is pretty close to the same. When I bought this mouse there were barely any reviews. Going through the reviews now it makes me wonder if the manufacturing has declined since I purchased mine. I have not experienced any lag, imprecision, defects, or any of the negative things I've read in some of the reviews recently. I mean using this mouse something like 6-8 hours a day for 5 days a week I see some wear on the finish, but I saw that same wear on all my Logitechs. I do have to agree about the Windows button though. It's odd. I never use it. However, it's not super easy to press so I've never accidentally hit it (same goes with the zoom button), and I have large hands (I wear XL or XXL gloves). It would be nice to be able to reprogram the side buttons, but honestly I usually only ever program them for forward and backward (which this already has). The wireless dongle is tiny just like a Logitech Unifying Receiver, so it suffers from the same receptions issues... Don't plug it directly into the back of a desktop unless your close with no obstructions! I see that mistake a LOT, and people complain about mouse performance. If your only USB port is on the back of the PC, get an extension. Logitech used to be nice and send an extension with its "desktop" mice, but I've not bought one in so long now that I don't know if they still do! So if budget is a concern, I definitely think this is a good mouse to get. I don't think you'll be happy if you get it specifically for gaming or are expecting that nice Logitech heavy and soft feel. If you're experiencing poor performance, try a USB extension to get it away from the computer's metal. ... show more

    • Good basic mouse
I am not sure this would be great for gaming - it's a little heavier handed than my old logitech BUT that said, my old mouse was starting to skip and hesitate and all I use it for is office work so I thought I'd buy this basic ergonomic mouse. I am used to ergonomic mice and like them - between that, my ergonomic keyboard and my mouse pad with the wrist support my carpel tunnel ache has basically gone away - YEAH, no surgery. But I digress. It was indeed plug and play. It has no hesitation if you are not going REALLY fast - unsure how it would be if you are a serious gamer, probably disappointing. This is a great mouse for the price. Mostly comfortable and all core functionality is present. It could be improved in a couple ways. First, the angle could be increased to make it more comfortable for 8+ hour use. Second, the button which changes the dpi does not have any kind of gage, so is not easy to know where you left it. ... show more

    • Not a bluetooth mouse
The mouse functions, it does what is supposed to. Within the listing says Bluetooth connectivity but it is not. I really wanted to use this mouse with the bluetooth adaptar that came with my computer. You cannot use the mouse without the receiver that comes with it.
