  • Great for learning how to use your laptop's mousepad.
I just needed the mouse in order to write lab reports properly. I was also hoping I could game with it occasionally. Within two days, the first battery died with no use, while the mouse was off and in my backpack. Having brought only this mouse to aid me in writing my lab report, I replaced the battery and continued using it. The mouse never worked properly. It didn't have good "click resolution" as one might call it compared to my old Logitech mouse: the same hand movements would not get the cursor to move the same way twice. Additionally, the mouse would freeze repeatedly and require turning off and then on again to get it to work for 20 more seconds. I could also not click and drag. I needed to highlight text, and this was impossible. The scroll wheel also behaved erratically, scrolling only sometimes. The mouse also felt like it was made of the cheapest, thinnest plastic I would expect a $15 mouse to be made out of, considering my old mouse cost $8. I must have received a defective product. The mouse was awful and ruined my life a little because I relied on it to get some of my click-intensive schoolwork done faster and it failed me. What is the purpose of even owning a mouse if it only works for 20 second intervals, doesn't allow you to click and drag (even to highlight text to copy/paste, etc), and moves the cursor at unpredictable intervals? Amazon should not be so irresponsible as to sell this product as consumers might actually buy it and find themselves in a sticky situation with schoolwork deadlines approaching. ... show more

  • What a Difference update make
Color: Blue
I have been using a non-ergonomic wireless mouse for the last 5 yrs. What a difference with this model! It is more comfortable to use, and so much more responsive. With the old one, you needed a mouse pad the size of Texas, not so with this model. Currently using a round pad with wrist support and I don't even move my wrist, just very subtle hand movements. As I have carpal tunnel as well as rather advanced arthritis, comfort is everything and this little mouse delivers. Don't let the low price fool you, this is a quality product. ... show more

  • If you are left-handed......
If you are left-handed, and you mouse left-handed, you are going to buy t the wrong mouse. I am sure that righties will find it very comfortable, but I will "put up" with it, in that I bought it to replace a no-touch laptop that I only use when traveling. I went back and closely examined the photos after I opened it, and I guess I should have realized that the left grove was for a thumb, but hopefully I will alert some lefty to the problem. ... show more

  • plug & play, feels good, moves fluid
too easy! open box, see mouse, battery, and usb receiver. place usb receiver into usb hub on keyboard. place battery in mouse. turn mouse on. Done, works perfect. battery life appears to be good. I was looking for this exact same kind of mouse that had a dock and rechargeable battery but couldn't find what one. I went with this as my #1 backup choice and it looks and feels like a winner. it is a little heavier than other mice I have used, but the weight adds to the performance and makes it easier to use. ... show more

  • Unresponsive
Color: Purple
This mouse is terrible. Moving the mouse makes the cursor move....sometimes. Slightly. It's just not responsive at all. I'll move the mouse and watch the cursor sit still. Or move 3 pixels with an entire arm's length of movement. Terrible terrible terrible. Plus, when you try to scroll, it goes either an entire screen or nothing at all. Avoid this mouse. ... show more

  • Nice mouse but didn't work on my glass desk
Color: Silver
I ordered this mouse because the listing said it works on glass. I have a 8mm clear glass desk and it worked inconsistently, so much so that it wouldn't work for me and I had to return it. Otherwise, it was a nice mouse, very light weight, it moved across the surface smoothly, buttons and wheels felt right. My right hand rested easily on it. Wish it would have worked on my desk. Update: I upped it one star because i decided to keep it and order a $6 mouse pad since I wasn't willing to pay the price for the next one up that claimed to work on glass. Nice mouse, just not for my glass desktop alone. This mouse seems like it has an ever so fine texture compared to the super shiny one I was using but that's fine. It's comfortable. ... show more

  • Fast Scroll is NOT hyper scrolling.
I asked the question if the fast scrolling was like Logitechs Hyper scrolling. People said yes. It is NOT like hyperscrolling at all. Logitech's hyperscrolling is a lock you can toggle on the mouse wheel so it is clicky for a one click scroll, or you can unlock it so it freely spins. Amazon's basically just makes the scroll wheel function more like multiple clicks at once, like multiple line scrolling toggle. So, I'm disappointed. I guess Logitech has the rights to the free scrolling mouse wheel and you won't find it on other manufacturers. It's the one feature I was looking for with this mouse and it's not there. ... show more

  • Disappointed
Color: Silver
I like the shape and size of the mouse for my hand (somewhat large). The wheel, however is very disappointing. It is quite sloppy and doesn't have the definite click like other mice. You're never sure if you are scrolling one line or two or three. I am, of course, outside the return window so I just ordered another brand. ... show more
