OK, So although the Mini Freezer is a great product, this review is more for the Feelfunn Company and thier tremendous service. I recieved the Freezer and decided for my own personal reasons, I wanted to return it. I contacted Amazon for the return and had no trouble getting permission to return it. The label I received was not a prepaid return label. I emailed Feelfunn through Amazon and immediately got a response from Rachel at Feelfunn. After explaining my situation, Rachel immediately sent me a PREPAID FEXEX return label and suggested I call FedEx and have them come to my house and pick it up. FedEx came last night about 7 pm and took it away. I did not even have to carry it anywhere. This morning when I got up, I was notified by both Amazon and my credit card compony that they recieved the refund. Rachel and Feelfunn had not even received the unit back yet and I got my refund. I have never seen this happen for a large item before, you usually have to wait days to get the refund and the company usually gives you all kinds of grief returning the item. My suggestion is, if you need something that Feelfunn sells, buy it from them. Feenfunn Service is Spectacular!!!!! Ask for Rachel, she is the best!!!!!
