They were out of the brand I usually buy, so I ended up trying these and was pleasantly surprised. I drink them both as lattes with milk and as plain espresso shots. For the price, these are probably the closest I’ve found to Nespresso. I wanted to share my thoughts on the Amazon espresso pods . In my opinion, this is the best espresso out there—it is even better than Lavazza for a fraction of the price. The quality actually equals Nespresso pods, which makes me wonder if Nespresso might even be the manufacturer for Amazon.

They seem to taste different from pod to pod and sleeve to sleeve. First one I tried was great, 2nd tasted completely different, opened another sleeve which was like the first, so going thru all of them. Hopefully that was a one off. The one I liked was really good. Ive experimented with many brands and am really happy with these! if you like a nice latte, i recommend the intenso, the flavor shines through the frothed milk, no bitterness. I usually buy a name brand but the price went way up and i like to keep my per serving price pretty low, i will be a repeat purchaser of these, excellent value, im really glad i gave them a shot. ... show more
