These boots look like the pictures. but they are NOT WIDE! I ordered 7 wide, they don't say wide anywhere on the box or the shoe itself. They are pull on only. the tongue is sewn to the sides of the shoe. Very cheap material. Probably good for photo shoots or sit down jobs but not daily or extended wear. ... show more

Good product! The oxblood color is rich! It would be better and easier with a zipper, but very good and comfortable anyway! The sizing is OK! A bit on a smaller side, but with a medium foot is still pretty good! I, personally, like my shoes tight. If you plan to wear with a thicker socks add 1/2 of a size, or it’s up to you. I’ve been wanting a pair of combat boots for years. I’d been yearning for a specific pair from Nordstrom that were too expensive and finally went out of stock. When I saw these Amazon Essentials combat boots on sale for a crazy low price, I had to have them! I didn’t expect much, but I don’t recall ever having an issue with an Amazon Essentials item. I received the Amazon boots a few days ago and I am pleased with my purchase. I ordered my regular size 6 and they fit perfectly. Granted, I have M width feet with no issues. With socks, I had to shimmy my feet into the boots. People with wider feet may have a little difficulty sliding their foot in. Once on, the size was perfect—plenty of room for my toes and the boots did not slip up and down on my heels. The boots aren’t heavy or too clunky. For what these boots are, and the price I paid, I couldn’t ask for more. The boots are definitely good quality for the price. They seem durable; however, I’ve only worn the boots walking around my house. I love the way they look with my wide-leg jeans. The boots and the wide leg are proportioned nicely. Also, I am only 5’2” and the boots help add some height. A cushy insert may make the footbed even more comfortable. I look forward to wearing them in the fall. ... show more
