I bought this for just around $8 after Christmas. I had been eyeing it in the grass green color for awhile--addicted to that color, and I know that some Amazon Essentials are AMAZING bargains (tho I'll be the first to admit that it's very hit or miss). The investment wasn't too cheap to try it out. This feels as good as the sweaters you used to be able to get off the rack in the 80s, before the rise of Shein (and, admittedly, Amazon Essentials...) both in terms of comfort and quality. I didn't look at the content label but I would guess it's almost 100% if not entirely; it's not terribly stretchy, and I would call it medium-weight: not a t-shirt, but also certainly not a thick sweater. I bought a 1X, but I honestly could've sized down, maybe even to an XL. That said, I'm 5'9" and ~195lb with a large bust and hips, and the 1X does great. It's quite flattering. It seems to be cut in a curvy way, so the sweater nips in a bit at the waist but blossoms out again at the hips: ideal for an hourglass (or pear) shape. I was concerned about two issues of fit: both 1) the sleeves and 2) the bottom length both look short on the model. I am very happy that the length is by no means cropped. On me (relatively short torso but still fairly long given my height) it falls to just where the bottom of my hips hits my outer leg. The sleeves are a little more of an enigma. They're almost just 3/4 length--a weird choice given that this is unquestionably a winter/fall top. And that looks a little exaggerated on me, because I have fairly long limbs. Tbh, I'd probably be pushing up the sleeves indoors anyway; but still not my first choice. So I'm loving this for mild Portland (OR) winters. I actually layer it UNDER a thinner layer: a flannel that happens to contrasts nicely and wear with narrow jeans and Timberlands--that's all I need on the average 40 degree day here (I'm from the Midwest; ppl here think it's freezing if it's at 35). At the price, in this favorite shade of green, with quality materials and a very flattering cut, I'll take it, stubby arms and all. I'm actually keeping an eye on it to see if I can score another color! ... show more

Durable, washable, warm, healthy and comfortable cotton, and affordable! (No synthetic materials snuck in!) It holds it shape, and doesn't snag easily. (I ordered an XXLG Cause I am short and much rounder than I used to be). What else could you ask for in a winter sweater? I bought mine last winter, and I have done nothing special to care for it, just toss it in the washer and dryer, and store it in a bag till I wear it. My daughter bought this and she says: "I was worried about the neck area but it fits nice when it's up and looks good when it's rolled down as well. It looks great paired with my jeans or with a skirt. Normally sweaters tend to be long on my arms but this sweater fits perfectly on my arms. I got this for $22 on a lightning deal, and it was worth every penny. I am almost 6' tall and 165-170 lbs, and the large fits great through the body. The sleeves are too short for me, but I think they look better pushed up anyway. The material is thick but not too heavy, and is not at all see-through. It's also soft, but not so soft that the structure of the sweater disappears. The eggshell white is a true winter white, not at all yellow. I have had no issues with the collar. I'll buy another when a color I want goes on sale. Mine did not arrive wrinkled. ... show more
