    • Good utilitarian shirt
This shirt isn't going to win style awards, but is good for use where the two pockets come in handy. I used a double pocketed shirt the last time I traveled internationally and it was really helpful. Passport in one pocket and then I could put ear plugs or ear buds, pen, a little bit of money, or my phone in the other depending on what I was doing while in transit. This will work well for that as it as my passport fits the pockets and the pockets have that little extra fabric on the sides and bottom so they can expand a bit. The other time I use pocketed shirts is when doing yard work. I like to have my phone in my shirt pocket instead of my pants for easy access and if my hands are dirty I can manage getting to the phone in my shirt vs pants much better. It fits fine, and unlike other brands, if I go up to large size, the gut area is not a balloon. Some brands put a lot of room in the stomach area to fit more people. This is more normal. However, I have to go to large because the upper torso area is tighter than on other brands. I have medium Goodthreads shirt, but it feels a bit restrictive around my arms. The arm holes seem smaller so I can feel fabric in my armpit and I'm don't massive arms by any measure. This in large is fine, but tighter than a typical large from other brands. One ding is this fabric is not the best looking, at least in the light khaki. Straight out of the dryer, other fabric looks a lot better. This gets wrinkly and not as usable without ironing or steaming. The pictures of the models show some of this, even though those shirts were definitely ironed for the photo shoots. This basic Goodthreads utility shirt is decent but very undersized. I recommend ordering a size up from your normal size to get a good fit. It features two pockets that are fairly slim and feature a snap closure. The shirt is on the thin side (a good thing) so it's perfect for warmer weather. It's a decent shirt but ultimately the sizing is all wrong. Unless you like a very snug fit, order up one size. ... show more

Its not a cheap-o thin material. It feels Quality and doesn’t get very wrinkles with wear. I actuallly really love it and I’m going to buy other shirts of this style. Fits true to size and not a “slim” fit. More normal
