Extremely comfortable and reliable shirts. I love buying shirts in bulk, and being someone who doesn’t need to be flashy/fancy with clothing, these are the perfect daily wear shirts for me. All cotton, so great at the gym, and allows for a nice fit and design. Bonus cause it also gets ironed really well without heat damage risk like polyester. One thing to note is the collar/sleeves do warp with time. It can be fixed with ironing, but it quickly deforms from sight fitting around the arm to a large ring around it. ... show more

I like the Gildan fit. They are a little trimmer in the torso than some other brands, but at least they are pretty consistent among their different products, unlike some other brands that are really hit and miss. Construction quality of this shirt is fine for the budget price. My only complaint is that the product name is "heavy cotton", but the cotton is at best midweight and not as thick or plush as other brands of heavyweight shirts. If you look at Gildan's product chart, this heavyweight shirt is actually one of their lighter weight shirts. Several other models are heavier (more ounces/sq yard). If you really want a heavyweight cotton shirt, I suggest that you buy Gildan's "ultra weight" shirt instead of this one. ... show more

I love Gilden shirts! They didn't shrink (at least not noticeably, are tru to size or maybe slight on the large size, and the color didn't bleed when washed. After washing them, there was little to no shrinkage after washing them. It is a total win. The neon green color was also perfect.

DARK HEATHER (10-PACK) - 2022 REVIEW: 5 Stars . I saw these when they were on sale in 2021, each one working out to be $2.64. I thought these were worth getting at that price, having tried a 2-pack in 2019 at $7.11 each! (See the review below). . Here I am 8 months later to let you know how these did. TLDR: They are fantastic! . The two photos show new (slightly darker) and used, after 8 months. I didn't measure for shrinkage, but it looks from the photos that the length shortened by about 1", though the fit is still pretty much the same, due to perhaps a loosening up of the weave over the time. I certainly haven't lost weight! You can see a little pilling on the surface, but not much at all considering. They are not "heavy" cotton, but interestingly. they do have a different texture and softer feel from the green T-shirts . Each T-shirt has been worn about 25 times for 16 hours at a time and washed the same number of times (yes, I kept a record - call me OCD, or just an engineer! 😊 ). I've not specifically worn them for working outside like the green ones, more for indoors and going on trips, but none have torn or gotten thin and will be worn many more times yet. . Without question, these have been my best T-shirt purchase ever. I'd give these 10 Stars if I could. I'll certainly order another 10-pack if these ever wear out. This dark heather version is indeed "special". . I certainly recommend these. . ************** . MILITARY GREEN (2-PACK) 2019 REVIEW: 4 Stars . Bought these for working in my yard. They are just the right size (XL) and length. On me, the hem is down to the bottom of the front pocket openings on my jeans and the fit is slightly loose, not figure hugging. . I'm not sure what the definition of "heavy" is supposed to be. These seem to feel slightly thicker than the Hanes or Fruit of the Loom multi-pack white T-shirts you can buy at your local supermarket, but you can still easily see through them when held up to a sunny window, for example. . I waited to do this review until one shirt was washed to record the amount of shrinkage and see how the texture changed. New, they are almost silky in feel. Very nice. Once washed, they lose that and become slightly rougher, like any other T-shirt. After one wash, as shown by the photo of washed over top of new, they have lost maybe 1"-1.5" on length, but the width change was minimal and the fit is still a loose XL. The color faded slightly also. It's a T-shirt and it'll meet my intended use, but I wouldn't say they were "special" ... show more
