This is my first time buying Gilden undershirts. I’m 5’10”, 165lbs, 40” chest, 33” waist. I bought size medium and the fit is perfect. I’m very happy with the quality for the cost (I picked these up on sale). They are soft, and the neckline is satisfactory. I really like the thickness of the cotton, it’s perfect for an undershirt in my opinion. Not thin, but not as thick as a quality T-shirt. Perfect for somebody like me who always wears a couple of layers on top of the undershirt since I am cold all the time. I was using Hanes lower cost undershirts for the past 15-20 years. I don’t know the different levels of Hanes undershirts quality, but the ones I was buying were roughly a few dollars per undershirt, and I replaced them every year with new ones. One thing that I clearly noticed is that the quality of the Hanes undershirts declined over the years. They used to be thick cotton and last a lot longer, enduring all those wash and dry cycles over a year. Nowadays, they are thin and not nearly as long lasting. The last five years I have had to replace the undershirts in less than a year due to the declining quality. These Gildan undershirts are similar in quality to the Hanes undershirts I used to buy long ago. They cost just a little bit more than today’s Hanes, but the overall quality is much better, and they are a lot more comfortable. Don’t forget, if you want these to last, be very careful with the heat when drying. So yeah, great undershirts. I bought the Gildan Men’s Crew T-Shirts multipack on Amazon for my 12-year-old son, who is on the heavier side and thus sometimes difficult to shop for. Pre-teen kids grow fast and go through clothes quickly, so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on basics he’ll probably outgrow in a year. These shirts are really affordable, especially for a multipack, and the quality is surprisingly good for the price. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and my son says they feel good to wear all day at school. They’re lightweight and did not shrink after washing. I also like that the shirts don’t get stretched out like some cheaper T-shirts do. The fit works well for him too. They’re simple, classic crew neck tees that can be worn on their own or layered under hoodies and jackets. We’ve used them for school and just everyday wear. Another thing I appreciate is that they’re easy to care for. I just toss them in the wash and dryer and they come out looking fine every time. Overall, these are a great value.     • These Run Bigger Than Expected — We Tested All 5 Shirts 😅

The media could not be loaded. Bought these as work undershirts (size 2XL), and overall they’ve been a solid, reliable option. They’re made from breathable cotton with decent moisture-wicking, which works well for long, active days. The fit does run a bit larger than expected — both longer and wider compared to other shirts in the same size. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind (I’d likely size down next time). Pack includes: 2 black 2 light gray 1 dark gray The lighter gray does tend to show sweat and stains more easily than the darker colors. The fabric isn’t overly soft, but it’s also not stiff or itchy. It has a bit of give without being that super stretchy material, which makes it comfortable for everyday wear. After multiple washes and drying, there’s been minimal shrinkage and no noticeable fading. The crew neck also holds its shape well and doesn’t stretch out. 🧪 Real-life use: These are used as daily work undershirts and have held up well through repeated wear and washing. ⭐️📹 Bonus: Please go watch my video, we may have tested all 5 shirts at once...😅 Final verdict: Good quality basics that get the job done.
