My 'numbers' are 9.5 feet tall, 165 pounds and a 33" waist. My sweater is a size medium and the color is burgundy. The fit is true to my size. I love the color. The garment has great shape with knit cuffs but they are very loose and feel like an open ended sleeve. The tail is open ended and has splits on each side. I really like and want these two features in a sweater. The thickness is medium. I just received the sweater today so I have not washed it yet. I appears very washable. Looks nice and good quality but the wrong color was delivered to us. It was a gift so I gave it to my husband anyway. I ordered black and received navy blue. It also runs large. My husband is in between Medium and Large. The large is quite baggy.
