I am a woman, a little over 5’4, 117lbs, and I purchased the mariner stripe in the smallest size for myself. It fits a little long so that I can wear it as a tunic, but not so long or thick that I can’t do a front tuck. It’s a nice, thicker woven fabric that is soft enough to keep me warm for a west coast winter and that would be good with layer in an east coast winter. It is delicate wash and flat dry, so I’m considering the dryer to shrink it a little, but not sure I want to lose the oversize fit. For the price, the quality is quite amazing. I wish they’d do this same sweater in a v-neck or boat neck. I’d for sure order it too. I also like that it’s a true mariner stripe that starts down the shoulder and not at the neck. This sweater and I have a lot in common. We both have arms. A torso. We both have color(s). We are both soft. We can roll into a ball. We can both be washed and dried. The townspeople love us. That's about where it ends. Unlike Sweaty, I don't have holes in my arms that someone else can put their arms into. Nope, not into that Dahmer nonsense. I also don't have a head hole in my torso. My neck takes up that option. Nor do I have a bottom hole for my bottom. And except for when I pay my significant other to paint me green and call me Shrek, I'm not green. Much unlike Sweaty, who is always green. Sweaty is a good friend. You should buy a wearable friend too ... show more

Updated Review: I order another one in navy and one in burgundy. Both XS like the oatmeal heather one. Thhe burgundy was shipped in a clear plastic bag just like the oatmeal heather. It is slightly bigger than the oatmeal heather, but Im ok with it. The navy one ships in a box and like the last navy one, too big. Its a shame. Original Review: Sizing is inconsistent...exactly what I feared when buying multiple. I ordered the oatmeal heather in XS because I like snug slim fit. It truly fits what I expected it to as a size XS. It's great. So I ordered the navy color in size XS. The label clearly says XS, but its noticeably bigger than the oatmeal heather color. its much looser around the waist. I am going to exchange it and see if I get a better one.
