These are super cute! I ordered them for a friend and her husband who had a preemie in the hospital. They didn’t have any preemie clothes at the time. Good quality material. I will say they are very short length wise. So if you have a long baby, they may not work for you!

I truly like the fabric weight of these sleepers. There a cute design as well. I think they run a tad on the smaller size compared to Carter's etc. The one thing I didn't like about these sleepers is the cheap zipper. The zipper handle is very thin and feels cheap. Love these for my preemie! Amazon brand preemie clothes fit her much better than other brands (such as Gerber) because the Amazon ones are slightly smaller. Holds up well in the wash! My only wish is that it had a double zipper.
