I got this as a Christmas gift for my mom who had been looking for a paperclip chain necklace, and she loved it!! The necklace is a beautiful shiny gold with an adjustable length chain which makes it wearable with a variety of necklines. The double or stacked chains also add a really nice design feature that looks simple and classy. My mom wore it on Christmas day with a holiday sweater and it was super cute, I'm so glad she's happy with it!!! This beautiful necklace has the absolutely darling link pattern that looks like paperclips. One chain is slightly larger than other so they go together but don't match exactly. The metal is light weight to the point that I honestly forgot that I was wearing the necklace. The necklace sits beautifully around my neck and looks great with both dressy and casual looks. Both chains share a singular clasp and it is a bit difficult to open and put on by myself. Layering necklaces is quite the thing now and this necklace is nice since it comes layered so it only has one clasp. It cuts down on the tangling that multiple necklaces often do while being worn. It’s a bright shiny gold. I generally prefer a more muted gold, but I think that’s a personal presence. It would also be nice if the extender chain had a charm or larger link at the end of it. That way if you hook the clasp over the extender chain, as I do multiple times before I am able to get the clasp hooked into a link, it slides down and the necklace is stopped from falling off by the larger link or charm at the end. Nicer fashion necklaces have this feature. It is lightweight and that makes wearing it nice. The style of the 2 sizes of paper clip links is very pretty. I took off a star because the clasp is so hard to work. It is the round kind of clasp, where the piece in the opening is pulled back into the hollow part of the clasp, instead of a lobster claw type clasp, where the piece in the opening swings inward on the clasp. The round clasps are always harder to work than lobster claw clasps because of the way they work, plus the opening on this clasp is very small and getting a link into it is quite tedious. ... show more
