There was an issue but it was resolved very quickly. I hope they checked future products because mines was sent with a Pro Max barcode on the plastic but if you read the box itself it reads Pro. Customer service was very helpful in helping me with my replacement it shipped and delivered in one day. This new iPhone didn’t seem to cost so much anymore once I’m allowed to make monthly installments on it I’m very happy about that promotion so I definitely took advantage of it, very blessed! I also liked the Cricket promotion I basically save 5$ a month now going thru Amazon so I’m very pleased! Thank you! ... show more

Scam . Not a Pro Max it’s the Pro meaning the small one . The subscription doesn’t work it cancelled off my account and I’m not rebuying another one. Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it.

phone is great and i got it for a very good price. but the subscription service is grotesque. it came with a pin and security question set in my name which i havent set, its impossible to make any changes on your account because you dont have your pin and you cant receive text messages from cricket to set a new one!! you can receive other text messages but not from cricket for whatever reason. i cancelled the subscription and got a new service from cricket which i ported my number from my previous carrier. ... show more

Switched over from Android before owning this one and I am very happy with it. Runs great, insanely long battery life even with constant use, and it is just so smooth. The phone itself even feels high quality, I always had cases on all my phones but this one I do not have a case for. I do recommend a screen protector though, it does tend to scratch relatively easily but that is the trade off for having a more durable screen so it does not break when you drop it. It was expensive, at nearly $1,300 after tax, but I think it is worth it considering the androids I used to buy before already were pushing $900. iPhones also seem to last longer, I know people who still use their iPhone 6 even though it is nearly 6 years old now. I expect that if you want to keep this phone for 5+ years, it will easily handle it as long as you do not overly abuse it, so the high price is not really that high considering how much use you can get out of it. ... show more

It’s a bummer how expensive it is, but I really enjoy this phone and i don’t regret buying :) it’s only four stars instead of five because of the price. Realistically if you don’t care about camera quality, any other smartphone will work fine.
