Purchased these for a company raffle, we gave 3 away and 2 extra for myself and I just tried to use (2) $25 redeem codes and both are invalid. Did not work. Never had a gift card not work before. Now have to check in with the other winners. Update: I was on Amazon customer service twice for 20 min and then 47min and a supervisor hung up on me they were unable to resolve the issue and had to reach out to their gift card department and still no resolution. Update: my coworkers also do not work and the packaging was not tampered with so this is definitely a manufacturer problem, Amazon told me they were redeemed by someone else but it seems like faulty seller!
