Pretty necklace at first glance but the chain was tarnished within days of my first wear. The ball piece didn’t tarnish, just the chain went really dark and muddy looking. I tried to soft cloth and then jewelry cleaner the chain but it didn’t work. It just hangs on my mirror as a reminder that a wasted my money. Would not recommend. ... show more

The sparkle is brilliant and the crystal ball falls perfectly, however the shipping leaves something to be desired. It arrived and I planned to wear it the next day for an event. However, when I opened it to put it on, I found that the chain was extremely tangled and knotted. My daughter and I spent approximately one hour trying to untangle it. We gave up and I had to wear something else for the event. That evening we spent another 1/2 hour or so and finally got the chain untangled.     • Gorgeous, but shorter than 18"
The chain & the swarovski crystals sparkle & shine so beautifully. However, the chain is only 16", not the 18" as described in the details about the chain. I usually only order 22" or longer, but took a chance on the 18". 16" is really disappointing.
