Good product but gets rancid if not stored in the fridge. My partner couldn’t remember to do that so I ended up throwing it out too often. My dog did enjoy it in her food. She loves oil. I didn’t notice any itch relief though. There was no visible change in her coat. She’s just plagued with environmental allergies. It was easy to use. It could help your dog. We have some big dogs and they love this stuff. They actually get upset if their dinner doesn't have it. We didn't get it for flavor, I stead for their coats which are super shiny and to help their allergies which GSD's are prone to. Good product!

I've been adding this salmon oil to my dog's food to help with her dry skin. It's exactly what was needed. Her skin scratching has subsided and her coat is beautiful. I love what the product does but I don't like the packaging. I've ordered twice and each time, the spout on the bottle won't release. I had another spout from something else that fit, fortunately. I wish that aspect would be improved to work correctly ... show more

I was gifted a young adult male Maine Coon cat who was well fed but skinny and his hair looked and felt greasy. I ordered this and have put 1/4,teaspoon in his night wet food for about 3 weeks and it’s amazing how his hair has grown, not greasy and is so soft. I have an outside cat that gets same amount and she is also looking better. There have been no side effects and he’s actually gained half a pound, is very playful and happy and I feel this Alaskan oil has helped so I do recommend this item.
