I like to use these types of airbrushed for painting model aircraft. They can lay down base coats quickly and cleanly without sputtering if you properly thin your paints and adjust the spray needle valve. It is easy and quick to clean. It also works with the Master airbrush cordless air compressor.

The product is good, but it wasn't packed well just in an envelope with no bubble wrap and the case was opened and contents spilled all over in the envelope.

    • I bought this to spray cheap craft paint.
I started with one of those airbrush kits with a pump and a Master G22 airbrush. I found that the needle on that airbrush was so small that I had to thin the paint to a near water-consistency to get it to shoot. With cheap craft paints like you get at wally-world, when you thin it that much, there is hardly any pigment per volume, and it's more like a wash, and I was having spray like a dozen coats to get opaque coverage. Whit THIS airbrush, and it's YUGE 0.8mm tip, I can spray much thicker paint, so craft paint covers in 1 or 2 coats, depending on the color. Obviously you're not going to get fine control like with a dual-action airbrush, but this is great for broad coverage. ... show more

Tried to get a cheap gun for small projects to hold me over until I replace my nice gun, it's....ok, I don't know that it's worth getting even for casual hobbyists. A lot more frustration than it's worth.

I keep buying these periodically to replace previous ones because for 90% of my airbrush requirements they work so well. simple design, handles almost anything I need to spray, from lacquers to acrylics. Easy to clean (just spray sone lacquer thinner thru it) and pretty adjustable pattern. Airbrush artists will choose fancier, more refined brushes, but repair guys and hobbyists will find this gun a great value. ... show more

For what its worth this is the most durable airbrush out of three bought in a kit about a year ago I got the e91 ,g22 and the ultimately ridiculous s68 that never delivered a decent product my favorite at first was the g22 until the nozzle broke during cleaning after about a month and a half of use beautiful work was made with it while it functioned properly .The e91 on the other hand is not for hairline detail but it works great for stencils and large project i use it a lot and my only complaint is that the jar developed play feells like it wants to fall it doesn't its the plastic frame that the metal strips but the e91 still works like new I love it. ... show more
