I like my morning coffee but refuse to pay some of the high prices for the "better" coffee. I also like a strong cup and gravitate towards french roast. This coffee (french roast) fits the bill. I used to get Sam's French Roast and it was good, had a strong smokey flavor, and the price was right. Then I tried a case of Solimo's Dark Roast which I liked but wasn't quite strong enough, but the price was right. Finally this morning I am drinking my first cup of Happy Belly French Roast and it's really good with a great price. It has a slight smokey flavor which is smoother thans Sam's, and more flavor than Solimo's Dark Roast. Definitely my favorite of all I've tried, and I'll keep getting more.
