    • Good basic juicer
We don't do a ton of juicing, but would like to start with some basic fruits and veggies. We didn't want to get a juicer with all sorts of extra features that we don't anticipate needing or using. This seems to be a good basic model that will let us try out juicing without the frills. The unit seems powerful enough as we tried carrots and got some good juice from them. My only complaint is that the listing both shows in the first picture and states that there is a juice jug included. I did not receive any such jug. It was the juicer only. I checked the box twice and had my wife look too - there was no juice jug container included. It would have been nice to get one, but I can still juice right into another container. That's still worth 4 stars. I would have given 5 if all the accessories indicated as being included were actually received. I also see that the price has gone up significantly from what I ordered it at. At the current price of $50 USD, I would still consider this a good value. If it was at the lower price I ordered it at, it would be a great value. ... show more

    • Works super well
This is my first go with a centrifuge juicer so I don't have a benchmark of prior use to compare this to, but I am very satisfied with it. The juicer is easy to put together and very easy to disassemble - everything that gets dirty from juicing can go into the dishwasher so very convenient and easy to maintain and clean. It has two speeds for juicing and so far I have juiced apples (I just cut into 4 pieces and put everything in, carrots, and pineapple) and it produced lots of juice and very fun and easy to use. It has a disposal container that it dumps the pulp into. It is not great for orange juice but no centrifuge juicer is as you will have to peel the orange first if you do not like bitter orange juice. So far very happy - great price and it looks nice on the kitchen counter without taking a lot of space. It comes with a pitched that is designed to catch the juice coming out of the nozzle that can go directly into the fridge if you desire. The price was great and this is a great value compared to some of the other brands. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I've never juiced before in my life. Once I looked through the instructions, the device was easy to understand, disassemble, and reassemble. Tested it out on a few stalks of celery, and it worked like a champ. It pulverized and extracted the juice without any sweat. I should have read the instructions before I put a bunch of mint stems in there - the instructions say you can't juice fibrous vegetables or fruit... and that was pretty fibrous. While I didn't get much mint juice out of it, the juicer didn't break, but lesson learned. The celery juice was good... tasted like celery. Now, the very best part of this totally surprised me. The clean-up is a BREEZE. With the way it disassembles, each part that can get dirty is easy to rinse and clean. I had the whole unit broken down, rinsed out, and drying within 3-4 minutes. Each of those parts is dishwasher safe, too. So, I could have been done even quicker if I wanted to run them through the dishwasher. I'm going to have to buy more fresh fruits and veggies in order to keep on juicing... and I'm looking forward to it!! ... show more

    • Incredible deal! Works great. The sieve is better than my $250 juicer.
The media could not be loaded. I am very happy to be the first person to review this juicer, and I am very happy that I ordered it. I had intended to use it for a backup when my more expensive one breaks. But I am now using this one as my main juicer. When you find a juicer less than $100, you are going to have trade-offs when comparing them to the more expensive ones. I'm trading off not having a handle, the parts being a lower quality plastic, and the noise level being about 2x times greater. Yet, the sieve with this Amazon Basics product is far superior. I had less pulp than my $250 juicer when testing with apples, carrots, celery, and lemons. I'm leaving me more expensive juicer under the kitchen sink--like you see in my video--and I am keeping this Amazon Basics on the kitchen counter. And that's not due to the lack of a handle; rather, it's because this Amazon Basics is better. If you use a juicer every day, they are all going to break sooner than you want them to. I am excited about seeing how long this one lasts. My other well-known brand did not make it 10 months before I had to buy another one. Rest assured I will come back and update this review if this product does not last 10 months. ... show more

I know of no better evaluation test than to ask my Aunt to use this juicer. She loves it. Strong enough to juice whatever you want juice from. Easy to clean and reassemble. Attractive addition to her kitchen. It does take up some space. Amazon's name is on it - they support it. Easy 5 stars.
