I got the 30-lb. Sounds silly, but I love the color. Most weights over 10-15 lbs only come in ugly colors, so I was glad to find a heavier kettlebell in a feminine hue 💪🥰. The colored coating protects my hardwood when I'm not lifting. My only gripe is that there were a couple small barbs in the cast iron, on the underside of the handle. I used a nail file to smooth it out, and lift with grip straps or gloves due to my joint disease anyway, so it wasn't a deal breaker. Just be aware there may be some rough spots on the uncoated metal. Overall with gloves or straps it's gives a solid and comfortable workout. Versatile for lower body (swings, weighted squats) and upper body (curls, raises, upright rows). I would purchase more from this set. ... show more
