These are stronger than any brand name trash bags I’ve ever used. The big names used to hold up years ago and I continued to be brand loyal but in the last four to five years they have become more expensive and weaker. They leak, these don’t. Oh by the way they smell amazing.

These bags are great and durable. The price is right for the amount. They also smell good which I really like. They do not get sticky or anything and look like any other standard garbage bag.

They’re great, the lavender scent covers smells of trash decently for the price but not very well. It’s not an aerosol spray scent level of a strength (more likely put as overpowering), more gentle but strong enough to last a full day to 3 days with the scent. It definitely fits more than expected. Honestly it busts holes in it more than the top brands. You can’t monstrously squish down trash in the bag like you’d be able to with some of the top trash bag brands. It holds just over the amount listed, and for heavy items I recommend double bagging as some of the bags can handle the weight while others can’t. Basically has an uneven stretch capacity in regard to heavier items. They look nice and basic, a bit translucent, and are simple. Your trash can should stay clean 99% of the time! Relatively affordable in today’s market as well, so I’d say worth it to have to double bag 1 in 10 of them filled up.

I have been very pleased with many of the Amazon Basics items that I have purchased and these tall kitchen trash bags have not disappointed. I purchased the lavender scented bags and they are not offensive or overpowering but add a nice scent for the trash can. The bags hold your trash and throwaways and are thick enough that you don't have to fear the bags will break open. I always look for these when Amazon has a sale or special pricing and have them on hand. The drawstring keeps the bag closed when carrying outside for trash pickup. They are easy to tie and remain securely closed. They are sturdy and compare very favorable to more expensive brands. I like the quality of Amazon Basics and would recommend you consider these for purchase.

This is the 2nd time I have bought these bags. The first time I did not have a single issue but the current box almost every single bag has a defect where the side of the bag is not sealed properly and when putting it into a can it rips even further down the bag.
