Day 1 review: I opened up this set of 12 spoons today (April 11th, 2024). I bought them for a good price. They are just as I thought they would be after having seen the pictures and read some reviews. They are big, beautiful, shiny heavy duty spoons. The angle of the spoon "cup" to the handle itself is about a 35 degree angle which seems a bit higher than the last set of spoons I bought by Cambridge. So, it may take me a while to get use to to holding the spoon at this new larger angle. I generally prefer the "payload" side of the spoon to be more level with the handle. But this is just a small nitpick. This may have to do with perception of elegance. Anyhoo, the spoons are fine. I can't speak to the issue of "rust" yet as this a day 1 review. I will update this review in the future if "rust" becomes an issue. As of this day 1 review, I would purchase again.

These are beautiful, sturdy spoons. They are HUGE. I needed more spoons because I swear my kids just throw mine away, but these are borderline Serving spoons. With that...they are perfect for my teenager to SHOVEL food into his face hole, but everyone else in the house, needs something that's a normal size. I kept them to use for serving, but don't recommend if you want to eat with them.
