Can i just tell you how small these are? Like legit my tiny furniture. These chairs fit my kids perfect. My husband's knees are in his face. He is 5'8" and the back of the chair doesn't even hit his waist☹So disappointed for the amount we spent on this. The screws were stripped out we had a heck if a time assembling due to that. Extremely disappointed with this product. First of all, the assembly took a very long time and did not create the results we wanted. The back part of the loveseat came completely blended, not allowing us to align the back rest to the seat with the small screws (which is what the directions said). Secondly, the table was smaller than expected and did not even create the right size for the glass part to fit on top. As noticeable in the picture, it created gaps around the sides. Gaps were also seen at the corner of the love seats. Many of our parts came defected. Extremely disappointed, will be returning ASAP ... show more

I ordered everything in this pic except the rug on Friday and it was expected to deliver on Tuesday but it all arrived on that Sunday 🙌🏾. My only complaint would be the instructions for assembly... THERE WAS NONE!!! Lol. Good thing I know how to figure out things without instructions or I’d be lost. And only one hole didn’t line up on one of the chairs. Not too big of a deal. I saw some reviews that said the table prongs were offset and didn’t sit the glass correctly... East fix... Just get a damn HAMMER! Level it out and boom! Problem solved... over all I love it and it Works greats for me and completed my idea for my porch. ... show more

First, this same set (with different product names) is available all over the web for $100-$200 less than is charged here; I've seen priced as low as $179. So if you're determined to purchase this in spite of all these bad reviews, look elsewhere. (It's worth about $39.) The "loveseat" is a BENCH -- it does not even fit two SMALL adults comfortably. The chairs are wobbly and feel unsafe. I can't comment on the table, as I decided the whole set was going back before I even got to it. Putting it together was a total pain in the neck -- and I'm good at this stuff. Just remember to not tighten anything until all screws are placed. Then, tighten each screw a little bit at a time in hopes of getting the whole piece square. Which is nearly impossible. Why? BECAUSE IT'S JUNK. ... show more

I will lay out the pros and cons: Cons: The set is tiny. like miniature. I had my sister over and she guessed the set costed about $150. I said no, double that. She was shocked. One chair has different sized legs and wobbles. Assembly took about 4 hours. The holes didn’t line up on 50% of it. My hands are raw from forcing so much pressure on the wicker to try and get the screws in the holes so they lined up. Some screw holes were half covered with strands of wicker so I had to use a scissors and snip some of the wicker so I could get into the hole with the screw. So now some of the wicker is already ruined. I was so frustrated. Pros: The fabric on the cushions is actually pretty nice. Thick. Water resistant. The set came fast. Wasn’t missing any pieces like I saw in some reviews. All parts were in good condition. Overall I would say if you are looking for a patio set, spend a little bit extra to get something with better reviews and better quality. I am not impressed but I am keeping it because lord knows it will not come apart now that the screws are all jossled in there!!!!! ... show more

As many others have noted, the assembly process is much more of an undertaking than it should be. Screw holes do not line up, causing the assembler to have to contort their body and apply *extreme* pressure to get the holds to align. It is made even more difficult since the screws are right next to the flat panels, making the included Allen wrench practically useless. You should plan on using your own tools. Another complaint is that the included table looks like it was made for a Barbie doll house. Of course I should have known this prior to purchase by looking at the sizing specs, so I can't fault the manufacturer entirely. Warning: Do *not* throw out the manual once you're finished with the assembly. My set was short four screws. Amazon cannot send extra screws and in order to go to a hardware store to replacements, I have no idea what the specs of the screws are because I recycled the manual. Amazon's stated option? Disassemble the set and return it for refund or replacement. Of course, this is a huge PITA given the time and effort it took to put the thing together. I'm hoping to take an existing screw to a hardware store and be able to replace them that way. Overall, for $300.00, this is a bit of a disappointment. Amendment: I was able to find some screws that worked at a local hardware store. The question is: should I have had to do that. Amazon did not offer any options to replace the missing screws other than the aforementioned "repackaging and return". What If had ordered a car and it came with no steering wheel? Should that be my problem? I think not. Anyway, the problem is resolved and I will never order an item from "AmazonBasics" again. You might want to consider doing to yourself based on my experience. ... show more

I liked that it shipped and arrived quickly as advertised. Open the box everything seemed right. Directions have no description of how to build it or trouble shoot. Just a picture diagram showing where screws went. This would have been just fine if all the holes lined up as perfect as they do in the picture. I had to use a hammer to make the pieces line up. Every chair and the bench all have one leg that's not touching and thus rocks a little. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT for the same money you can get something alot nicer. ... show more
