It is no brainer that 3M is the top product in terms of quality. Tried many different brand and end up very disappointed by the 'earth friendly' gimmick. Such as saying earth friend, and it is half the size of the regular sponge. Amazon Basic did not disappoint me, it is in comparable size as the 3M product in width, length, and thickness. That met my first requirement. The softness is not as soft as 3M, but once it is soaking with water, it fits any shape and works great. The durability is the only thing to make me giving 4 stars, the non-scratch surface seems to get little loose more quicker than 3M but no fiber coming out like other product. The sponge size is also durable with no broken piece as other products. Overall, with lower price, almost as comparable as 3M, no misleading marketing jargons, a product as described, I am more than happy to switch to Amazon Basic for this non-scratch sponge.

These heavy-duty sponges from Amazon basics are priced much better than brand-name sponges, and work just as well. The scrubbing pad is robust and can take a lot of dish-cleaning abuse. The sponge side is also holding up great. Size and thickness are perfect for any cleaning tasks, from pots and pans to countertops and stoves. Due to the value, I see myself continuing to buy these.

My dishwasher has been broken for years and although I detest washing dishes, we are only a 2 person household, so I don't see the point in replacing it. Recently, I noticed I was causing scratches on the lids of my expensive tumblers by using yellow/green scrubby dish sponges and decided I needed to find a non-scratch version. I found these and the price was great for the quantity contained--therefore the 5 stars. So far no scratches, though in the past I've not found blue sponges to hold up as well as the yellow/green ones of various brands but I'm assuming non-scratch ones just tend to not hold up as well. I don't have high expectations for the longevity of these sponges but feel I received my money's worth and am satisfied with this purchase.

While sure, they work. The quality of the scrubbing back is so poor, it really only lasts a few uses before it just starts frey and fall off. In all honesty they feel like dollar store sponges. The name brand ones are still worth the money, I get easily 2-3 times the life out of them. I usually use them until I feel they're too gross to use then use it to scrub like my bathtub, floor, whatever before tossing. These don't last long enough to do anything with. If you're in a pinch, or don't need good scrubbing power then these are fine enough.
