    • Compact and Ideal for Strength Training, Physical Therapy or Adding Resistance to Walking
Style: 2 Pound, Pair
These Amazon Basics Neoprene Dumbbells are exactly what good hand weights should be: comfortable, durable, and easy to use. The neoprene coating gives them a smooth, secure grip that doesn’t slip, even during longer workouts or when hands get a little sweaty. I like the hexagonal shape because it keeps them from rolling away, making them perfect for home workouts, stretching routines, or quick toning sessions. The weight options are clearly marked and easy to read, and the colors make it simple to grab the right pair. They’re compact, well-balanced, and ideal for strength training, physical therapy, or adding resistance to walking and aerobics. For the price, the quality is outstanding. If you want dependable dumbbells that feel good and hold up well over time, these are a fantastic choice ... show more

If you need 3 lb weight get these. I use at night for my exercises on my arms. Much better than 5 lb. Start you off if you haven't worked out in a while.

    • Good weights
Style: 2 Pound, Pair
I’m very happy with the new weights. and the fact they came early. but the package was poorly done. the box with the weight in it was opened and smashed in a bit. it was put into another box that looked like it was opened by scissors or something else.
