These weights are fantastic. I am a beginner, and these are perfect. The neoprene feels safe and grips great with my hands. Easy-to-use weights. Great set of weights. Love the stand too. The stand assemble is it just pops together and is plenty sturdy for the weights....hard to believe it's holding 32 pounds in one compact spot! I like have multiple light weight as my PT requires more weight on one arm than the other so versatility and adjustability are a plus.
