If you have osteoporosis I suggest you go to the website, and with your doctors ok you can select and do exercises pm utube reglarly. They suggest not to use any wight that is over five pounds. If you have windows 10 or higher highlight the search bar and copy it. X out of your google or whatever you are using. On desk top right click and select new icon. The in the first window paste what you copied on google. Clic next and put the title of what you have just pasted. I use osteoporosis exercises for the total. Then click finish.

I have just started focusing on an arms workout routine. These weights are awesome. They are super comfortable and easy to hold. I love the colors, too, and find even that motivating when I use them. The grip is very secure and not remotely slippery. I find the width of the grip to be just right but that preference may depend on the size of your hand. I am 5’7” and have fairly long fingers. I will buy more of these as the weight I can workout with progresses. I won’t even look for another brand and will only buy this particular one when I am ready for the higher weights.

I ordered this to go with the set of weights I ordered. The set I ordered only had the 2lb up, and after I torn the rotator cuff I and having to start strengthening it with a 1 lb weight first and go up from there. Hope I can hang with all the weights till it heals without surgery needed. Seem to be nice weights. I might even get into weight lifting even after the arm heals. Don't want any flabby arms here while I age. :D
