In a busy auto body shop, we print a lot of paperwork every single day. Between repair estimates, insurance documents, invoices, work orders, and customer paperwork, having a dependable supply of printer paper is a necessity. Amazon Basics Multipurpose Copy Printer Paper has become one of those products that we always make sure to keep in stock. The quality has been excellent for our everyday office needs. It feeds through our printers smoothly, produces clean, sharp documents, and we haven't experienced the jams or inconsistent performance that can sometimes come with lower-quality paper. Whether we're printing simple forms or detailed estimates, it gets the job done. Another reason we continue to purchase it is the value. Running a business means paying attention to operating costs, and this paper offers a great balance between affordability and quality. We go through a large volume of paper, so being able to save money without sacrificing performance is a huge advantage. I also appreciate the convenience of ordering it through Amazon. Instead of making extra trips to the office supply store, we can have it delivered directly to the shop and know that we'll always have enough on hand when we need it. Overall, this has become our go-to copy paper for our business. It's dependable, high quality, and priced competitively. For any busy office, repair shop, or business that prints a large amount of paperwork, I think this is an excellent choice. We will definitely continue to purchase it and keep it stocked in our office.

I've been using this paper for a while now, and it's become my go-to for everyday printing. It runs through my printer without any jams, and the pages come out clean and crisp every time. Whether I'm printing work documents, shipping labels, or the occasional school assignment, it gets the job done. The paper feels just like the name-brand stuff I've bought in the past, but usually costs less. It arrived in good condition with no bent corners or damaged packaging, which is always a plus. If you need dependable printer paper and don't want to overpay, this is an easy recommendation. I'll definitely be ordering it again.

I bought Amazon Basics Multipurpose Copy Paper with very high expectations. My previous paper experience involved paper jams, crooked prints, and the occasional sheet trying to escape the printer like it had somewhere better to be. This paper? Absolute professional. Every sheet enters the printer with confidence, emerges flawlessly, and never complains. It holds ink beautifully, doesn't wrinkle under pressure, and somehow makes even my poorly written reports look important. I've printed spreadsheets, contracts, grocery lists, and a strongly worded note to my kids about unloading the dishwasher. Every document looked crisp, clean, and surprisingly authoritative. At 20 lb, it's not too heavy, not too light. It's basically the Goldilocks of office paper. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. Would I trust it to run my office, balance my budget, and maybe supervise a small team? Also yes. If paper had an Employee of the Month award, this would win every month. Highly recommended.

I keep buying this Amazon Basics multipurpose printer paper because it's so convenient and reliable. The price is excellent for the amount you get (2500 sheets), and the quality is consistently good, no jamming, smooth printing, and no issues with print quality on either side of the page. Great value for everyday use at home or in the office. Definitely recommend it if you want a dependable, budget-friendly option!

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much when I first ordered this paper. It's Amazon's own brand, it's priced low, and I've been burned by budget paper before. But after running through a good chunk of these 500 sheets across a few different tasks, I have to say this one surprised me in the best way. Print quality is amazing across the board. I tested it on HP laser printer and an inkjet, and both handled it well. Colors came out clean, text was sharp, and I didn't notice any bleeding or smearing. It's not photo paper, so don't expect miracles on image-heavy prints, but for documents, reports, spreadsheets, and everyday printing needs, it performs well. The paper itself feels lighter and if you're printing something you want to feel substantial, like a client proposal or a formal letter, you might want something heavier. For everything else, though, this does the job without feeling flimsy or cheap. Where this paper really excels is in high-volume, everyday use. Double-sided printing worked without issue, pages didn't curl, and the printer fed sheets cleanly without jams. I ran about 50 pages in one sitting and had zero problems. If you're in an office setup where the printer is always busy, this paper won't let you down. On value, this is where Amazon Basics genuinely wins. You're getting 1,500 sheets for a price that beats any named brands. I've used Hammermill and HP Premium in the past, and while those are slightly crisper feel, the difference in print output does not justify the extra cost. If you're on the fence, just buy it. For everyday printing, this paper checks every box without asking you to overpay. The value alone makes it worth it, and the print quality backs that up.

I love this paper. We have a very multi- tasking, multi-functioning home and I need regularly used items to fit that bill. Not only has this paper fit in and worked well with both of my printers (a cheaper canon, and a more expensive HP), it also serves my avid crafter 8yr daughter incredibly well. My daughter uses this paper all the time for drawing cutting, taping, origami literally any kind of creating she can think of. It holds up very well to anything she can throw at it including Crayola kid markers! The paper holds even if splashed with a bit of water (kids and their mot quite empty cups, lol!). This paper is nice and white, has a nice brightness to it, is incredibly versatile and it has a perfect thickness to it. On top of that the price tag can't be beat!!
