On nights when I want to get a good nights rest and stay asleep, I’ll take one of these. It says to take two and I have a few times but I’ve always had nightmares when taking melatonin and these do not cause them at all. The taste is so good I wish I could eat more than two 🤣 wonderful taste, great nights sleep and work like they are supposed to. I recommend taking them maybe 30 mins before going to sleep or laying down after having them because the work and they work fast!
