Finally a melatonin that helps me get back to sleep

I’ve never been someone who can sleep straight through the night. Before I started taking melatonin, I would often fall asleep quickly, wake up 15–20 minutes later, and then be wide awake. It could take quite a while to fall back to sleep, which was frustrating and exhausting. After I started using these melatonin gummies, that pattern changed. I still wake up at least once during the night, but now I’m able to go right back to sleep instead of lying there wide awake. For me, that’s a big improvement in the quality of my sleep. I also really like the strawberry flavor. The gummies are soft, like a good quality gummy candy, not rubbery or tough. I’ve tried other melatonin gummies that were chewy and unpleasant—these are much nicer to take. If you struggle with waking up and having trouble getting back to sleep, this melatonin has been genuinely helpful for me. The taste, texture, and results make it stand out from others I’ve tried.

These tasty gummies help me to relax and get to sleep pretty quickly; menopause did a number on that ability. I tried THC gummies for a while, but honestly, these work just as well for me and are far cheaper. I take two a night and that does the trick.

These are excellent for my sleep. I’ll take one about 30 min before bedtime and then I’m out. Dissolves quickly and the flavor is great. The only thing is they give me bad dreams from time to time.

Knocks me out

I have awful insomnia, so this saves me. it works quickly and it knocks me out for the whole night, which is great because i either take forever to fall asleep or i keep waking up repeatadly throughout the night. The flavor is pretty neutral, and it's not super chewy. So I think most people would be good with the texture.
